1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Agency OS website (agencyoslanding.vercel.app) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website, register for our training, purchase our programs, or opt in to our messaging program. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VARSHITH CONTENT HOUSE (OPC) PVT LTD, doing business as Agency OS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

Agency OS offers educational coaching programs designed to teach participants how to start and grow a one-person, AI-enabled service agency. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Self-paced educational course modules.
• Live group coaching and doubt-clearing calls with our team.
• Templates, scripts, standard operating procedures, and tools.
• One-on-one strategy sessions or mentorship (as included in your specific plan).

Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, income levels, client acquisitions, or results. 3. Payment Terms

By enrolling in any Agency OS program, you agree to pay the full program fee as outlined during your strategy call or on the enrollment page you use to purchase. Payment options and pricing are discussed on a per-applicant basis and may vary by program tier. All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment processors. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively use the program.

4. Refunds & Program Commitments

All Agency OS programs, VIP tickets, upgrades, and add-ons are sold on a strictly non-refundable basis. By enrolling or purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to educational materials, live sessions, community resources, and/or upgraded experience benefits, and you expressly waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation for any reason (including but not limited to a change of mind, unused access, or inability to attend).

Where a specific service commitment applies to a particular tier, it will be described to you at the time of enrollment and set out in writing in your enrollment paperwork. Any such commitment is the sole basis on which continued support or additional access may be offered — no other refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Agency OS programs — including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, and community content — is the proprietary intellectual property of Agency OS. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any program content without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the application and enrollment process.
• Use program materials solely for your own education and business.
• Not share login credentials, Skool access, or program content with third parties.
• Conduct yourself professionally within the community.
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Take full responsibility for your own business decisions and results.

7. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Program

By providing your phone number on our registration or application form and checking one or both of the consent checkboxes, you opt in to receive text (SMS) messages and/or WhatsApp messages from Agency OS. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

Message Types & Operational Intent

The program is designed to ensure optimal customer support and respond to service-related inquiries. Message categories include:

• Non-marketing messages: Training registration confirmations, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and direct responses to service inquiries.
• Marketing messages (separate consent required): Special offers, discounts, service updates, and educational content.

Frequency, Rates & Liability

• Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. You may typically receive 3–5 messages per month, with additional messages around your training, application, and onboarding.
• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No condition of purchase: Consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any program or service from us.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to [BUSINESS PHONE]. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back in, just re-submit your details through any of our forms. You may opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying STOP to any message. Email marketing can be unsubscribed via the link in every email.

8. Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. This includes registering for our free training, applying to our programs, purchasing any services, or consenting to receive SMS or WhatsApp messages from Agency OS. If we learn that someone under 18 has submitted personal information or enrolled in a program, we will terminate access and delete the data promptly.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program. You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behaviour within the community, or sharing proprietary program content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the registered business address stated below. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
